Shredderhotline.com and Global Development are two of our main active corporate vehicle that we own and use for our personal and corporate assets related to the recycling product lines that have transitioned through my family for the last 40 years.
The use of Global in our name brands and dot com brands is because of our global development companies so Global shredders or Global Eidal are the reason to use the name global.
Here is a lineage of our group, its not all listed in total but the main data is here.
It all starts with the Saturn Manufacturing Company which was incorporated in 1972 and formally sold to the mac corporation in dallas texas in 1980, in a corporate assets and title sale with the sale of the brand saturn shredder.
From that start the burda family, primarily Dan Burda and his father, Vernon Burda formed various companies to further the manufacture and sale of recycling equipment worldwide.

July 25 1983, Shredding Systems International Ltd was incorporated in oregon.
November 14 1983, Eidal International Inc was incorporated in Oregon with Dan Burda and Vernon Burda owning the assets of the company which also include the assets of the eidal international line obtained from the Pangborn division of the Carborundum company.
July 6 1985, Eidal International Sales Corporation was incorporated in Oregon to own and to use the assets of Dan Burda, Vernon Burda, and Shredding Systems International Ltd of Oregon, and the assets of Eidal International inc and within a week after incorporation the assets of Eidal International Recycling Equipment corporation of Oregon.
July 11 1985, Eidal International Recycling Equipment Corporation of Oregon incorporated was setup to own and use the assets of Dan Burda, and Vernon Burda as well as the assets of Shredding Systems International ltd and Eidal International Sales corporation which included the assets of the Eidal International product line purchased from the Pangborn division of the Carborundum company by Dan Burda and Vernon Burda.
March 25 1986, Eidal International Recycling Equipment corporation of Oregon name was changed to International Recycling Equipment corporation of Oregon to make it a more international sounding in name.
March 25 1986, Eidal International Corporation of Oregon name was changed to Recycling Equipment corporation of Oregon to make it more international sounding in name.
December 25 1986, Recycling Equipment Corporation of Oregon was Disolved and not needed as the vehicle of International Recycling Equipment and Eidal International Sales corporation were the vehicles for the assets and the product lines of Dan Burda and Vernon Burda of Oregon, all assets of Recycling Equipment Corporation were returned to Dan Burda and Vernon Burda.
April 29 1988, International Recycling Equipment corporation was dissolved with the assets and ownership and use being transferred in whole to Dan Burda and Vernon Burda and Shredding Systems International ltd and Eidal International Sales Corporation.
October 17 1988, name of Shredding Systems International or Oregon changed to Burda Group of Companies inc. upon agreements with product line split with Shredding Systems Incorporated and Eidal International Sales Corporation and Dan Burda of Oregon with equal asset ownership shared with Vernon Burda.
August 20 1994, Eidal International Sales Corporation of Oregon dissolved due to reversion of all assets to Dan Burda and Vernon Burda and retainage of use by the Burda Group of Companies.
April 3 1996, name changed from Burda Group of Companies inc. to Global Development International inc due to venture with Vernon Burda and Dan Burda and also Williams Controls.
Jan 25 2002, name changed and incorporation changed to illinois to Shredderhotline.com company inc of Illinois with Global Development of Illinois as an assumed business name operating under the shredderhotline.com company corporate umbrella.
Sept 20 2002, Global Development International inc of Oregon dissolved to allow Shredderhotline.com company of Illinois and global development of Illinois to take over activity of Dan Burda of illinois.
August 27 2007, Shredderhotline of Canada incorporated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with all assets of Dan Burda, his Oregon and Illinois companies being used by this group to promote the business of Recycling Equipment and systems.
April 1 2008, Global Development International inc of Oregon incorporated to act as a secondary group of companies owning and using the assets of shredderhotline.com of Illinois and Global Development of illinois and Dan Burda.
April 13 2008, Shredderhotline.com company of Oregon incorporated to act as a secondary group owning and using the assets of shredderhotline.com of Illinois and global development of Illinois and Ban Burda.
April 13, 2008 Global Recycling Equipment company of Oregon incorporated to act as a secondary group owning and using the assets of shredderhotline.com and global development of Illinois.
April 6 2009, China Shredders begin setup activity for Hong Kong and China Corporation for formal China Shredder group.
July 4 2009, Dan Burda begins formal residency status in Montreal Canada.
August 4 2009, Rose-Marie Sarkis, Ian Weston and Zoe Mamalingas of Montreal, Canada were formally given an ownership option and also first right of refusal option for the entire recycling equipment brands and shredder and recycling equipment group owned by Dan Burda, which in the event of the liquidation or bankruptcy of his corporation and/or death of Dan Burda, all assets can be liquidated but ownership of duplicate assets will revert to Rose-Marie Sarkis and Ian Weston and Zoe Mamalingas. This option was given to Rose-Marie Sarkis, Ian Weston and Zoe Mamalingas individually, and equally, independent of each other, the assets today of Dan Burda, to protect the succession of the assets and product lines and companies of Dan Burda, to sustain them into the future beyond the lifetime of Dan Burda and even that of Rose-Marie Sarkis. It was done in this manner to protect Rose-Marie Sarkis, Ian Weston and Zoe Mamalingas from litigation as no ownership or assets have been given or assigned in kind at this time, just ownership options and succession rights. In the event of the bankruptcy of any or all of the companies of Dan Burda ownership rights and ownership of all assets are transferred to Rose-Marie Sarkis, Ian Weston and Zoe Mamalingas in kind to protect their future assets in the event of bankruptcy. At this time, Ian Weston became a consultant to Shredderhotline.com of Illinois and Dan Burda.
September 5 2009, Global Recycling Equipment Europe incorporated in the UK with John Edwards of England and Germany.
September 7 2009, TPA Trituratori product line was incorporated into the assets of Dan Burda.
September 20 2009, Global Recycling Equipment Latin America and shredderhotline.com of latin america internal license agreement signed acting under the corporate structure of the shredderhotline.com company of Illinois and which are retained under the personal ownership and assets of dan burda and his companies
December 21 2009, Shred Pax product line was incorporated into the assets of Dan Burda.
January 6 to May 16 2010: Dan Burda was hospitalized and near death in Montreal Canada.
May 16 to January 1 2010: Dan Burda was recovering his health in Montreal, Canada
November 3 2010: Garbalizer product line was incorporated into the assets of Dan Burda.
April 13 2011, Eidal shredders company of oregon incorporated to act as a secondary group owning and using the assets of Dan Burda of Oregon and Illinois and the assets of shredderhotline.com and Global Development of llinois
July 3 2011, shredderhotline.com.mx incorporated in Mexico to act as a vehicle for Mexico and Latin American sales for shredderhotline.com company of Illinois and Oregon and Global Development of Oregon and Dan Burda of Illinois USA and Montreal, Canada.
